Greg shares his deep knowledge and provides sound advice to help people make the right decisions about buying and selling desert properties. Greg`s personalized and professional service set him apart from the competition, earning him praise from both clients and other Realtors.
Attracted like a magnet to this mid-mod village beneath Mount San Jacinto, Greg wound down a 30-year Wall Street career managing large scale technology projects to build a thriving new business in the Palm Springs. Greg lives and breathes the Palm Springs lifestyle and provides a wealth of value for his clients including micro-focused knowledge of the local market and neighborhoods as well as strong managerial and negotiation skills.
Greg Tormo is passionate about architecture. He grew up around the world, living in and soaking up the myriad styles of mid-century homes. From New York City to Caracas, Venezuela; from Miami, Florida to Stamford, Connecticut; and from St. Louis, Missouri to Santiago, Chile, Greg brings his global experience to everything he does.
Greg traveled through France in the 1990s studying the modernist buildings of Le Corbusier, and when he first visited Palm Springs in 2012, he was enthralled with the beauty of the desert architecture and began studying the works of Frey, Cody, and Krisel.
Careful planning, patience, and deep knowledge are what brought Greg to where he is today. And Greg’s clients trust him to realize their desert dreams.
Kiki Tormo embraces the Palm Springs lifestyle, supporting two architectural preservation groups and a local animal charity. She also enjoys the desert’s natural splendor and contributing to the vibrance of our community. The uniqueness of our midcentury and modernist houses and buildings is what first drew Kiki from the East Coast to Palm Springs. She enjoys sharing her passion for the Palm Springs aesthetic and unmatched lifestyle with her clients.
Kiki has worked with the public since her childhood, when she played with her real estate agent mom’s listing book and served a clientele of teddy bears. Kiki went on to produce and promote New York City music events, San Francisco internet radio stations, and two seasons of a Palm Springs dog-friendly charity happy hour. You may even find her DJing vinyl at a Modernism Week event between showing homes. All her talents serve her clients well as she knows how to create successful outcomes and have fun in the process.
Kiki is part of a team with her experienced agent husband, Greg Tormo. They have purchased homes designed by William Krisel and Charles Du Bois through the Paul Kaplan Group. This experience and connection led them to reunite with the Paul Kaplan Group upon entering the real estate industry full-time.
Open communication, integrity, attention to detail, fulfilling your needs, and making the process fun are yours if you become Kiki’s client.
